Systems Analyst - Project Lead

Scope of the project:

Upgrade PeopleSoft hcm and fms to latest image version.
Implement employee self-service
Current products – human resources, time and labor, absence management, payroll for north America, asset management, eprocurement, general ledger, payables, purchasing

Daily duties / responsibilities:

Maintain project scope, plan and timeline.
Work in conjunction with hcs director to develop, configure and migrate data.
Develop and execute test plans.
Provide go-live support.
Government experience required.

Required skills (rank in order of importance):

Ten years’ experience in requirements, analysis, implementation, development and testing of PeopleSoft financials.
Peoplesoft release 9.2 upgrade experience a must. The successful candidate must have at least three full lifecycle upgrade while performing as a functional / technical / testing resource.
Functional payroll, absence management, time and labor, asset management, eprocurement, general ledger, payables, purchasing
And employee self service experience in PeopleSoft 9.2
Technical peopletools 8.57+, sqr, peoplecode, application engine, bi publisher, ps query, nvision reporting and component interface experience.

Peopletools.
Eoplecode.
Eoplesoft employee self-service.
Peoplesoft sqr.

Required education/certifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6 years).
