Job Opening for Mid & Sr. Process Engineer, Kalamazoo, MI : Client PFizer Inc LOA: 12 months, The Process and Automation Engineers will support project activities to support equipment start-up, systems integration, process optimization, and cycle time reductions in our COVID19 vaccine formulation facilities.
Four firms will staff as outlined in this program summary and focus on a specific VFF 1c process area: 1) LNP, 2) TFF, 3) CIP, and 4) Prep/dispensing/other.
Need to provide coverage across all 3 shifts 1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm) and 3rd (11pm-7am)
• Minimum 3 years related process engineering experience. Preferred experience in aseptic environments including formulation, filling, freeze drying, and/or bio tech. BA/BS in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or technology related field. Understanding automated process equipment, systems architecture and operations, and related components.
• ~1 year process experience in a GMP environment strongly preferred.
• Design, develop, deploy and test our automated processes, systems and equipment. Contribute substantially to the interpretation of results and the design of subsequent activities.
• Maintain and support automation computing infrastructure.
