We are seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Tech who is looking to start their career to join our team ! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Entry Level position with opportunity for growth within the company

Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is a plus but not a must : in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Any certs a plus
