Please let me know if you are interested in applying for the same.  Business Analyst for Quality Systems, for Manufacturing Division IT team responsible for identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems related to manufacturing and quality.

Primary job responsibilities/activities include:

1. Work with the business partners to perform business process as well as technical analysis, scope definition, requirements elicitation and documentation, testing planning and coordination, and requirements coverage through traceability to requirements
2. Work closely with various stakeholders in Manufacturing Division, Research Division, IT leadership and peers to understand the key business capabilities required, assess the current state, and align target state with the business strategy
3. Cooperate with the IT technical teams to create, change or modify any required systems/application interfaces
4. Create documentation for the solutions you create, enhance and support in line with System Development Lifecycle company standards
5. Configure and enhance the capabilities of Quality system
6. Perform systems analysis and design on Quality projects and programs
7. Participate in evaluations and proof of concept activities
8. Test IT solutions functionalities and analytical capabilities with the business use cases, train the users and document the results

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
1. Working knowledge of Quality Management System: Veeva QDocs, Veeva QMS
2. Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) processes.
3. Experience in working in a large global matrix organization
4. Experience in the design, configuration and implementation of solutions for manufacturing and Quality
5. Quality Management process awareness in the manufacturing environment.
6. Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both a business and a technical audience.
7. The ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort.
8. Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation
9. Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, English speaking environment
10. Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
11. Demonstrated poise, confidence and professional maturity to interface with high and mid-level executives
