Title: Truck Loader Description: Ingleside Truck Loader Job Responsibilities: • Load liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon into trailers and railcars Job Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to wear required PPE safety equipment including, hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes/boots, and FRC clothing.
• Demonstrate an overall understanding of plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies/procedures.
• Work safely in all situations.
• Perform all work in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures, utilizing current Life Safety Training skills.
• Exhibit instrumentation and mechanical aptitude.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), corporate procedures; specifically the procedures related to safely loading trailers.
• Keep accurate records and be diligent in documentation related to trailer loading.
• Demonstrate knowledge & understanding of TAS control board and operator interface computer consoles for truck loading.
• Maintain and expect high housekeeping and organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Management
• Experience working in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours/shift work as business needs dictate.
• Valid Driver’s License
• General knowledge of instrumentation, rotating equipment, and piping systems.
• Ability to use computers (Knowledge of Google Workspace a plus.)
• Ability to work in a team environment; demonstrated self-motivated attitude.
• Good verbal/written communication skills to deal effectively with management and external customers.
• Qualified in operation of the forklift is a plus.
• Full range of motion; ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders, work off elevated platforms/surfaces.
• Able to work in a non-conditioned environment for extended periods.
