(1) Experience with ER-Studio for data modeling **candidates must have some experience with (or certification around) TOGAF standards (The Open Group Architectural Framework)
(2) 6+ years experience with "conceptual" data modeling
(3) Strong understanding of business concepts/entities and their relationships from a data perspective
**candidates with experience the Open Subsurface Data Universe (OSDU) is be highly preferred but not required
