- Experience in professional services or managed client services to external clients
- Experience as a technical project manager, specifically in areas of transition management, process building and execution, deployment management and process/procedure design.
- Experience using project managements tools, Smart sheet preferred, other tools such Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc. acceptable
- Provide project coordination services to support transition and integration projects in the customers transition
- May participate in multiple transition projects at one time
- Assist Transition Project Manager with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information
- Timelines may be moderately aggressive with a majority of projects taking place on average 3-9 months.
- Monitor the project plan, schedules and work hours
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Assist with logistical planning and provide support to other tower leads, as required
- Sometimes lead and facilitate cross-functional, collaborative teams in IT business improvement and process development
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and customer project meetings, as needed
- Assist with updates to the RAID (Risks/Actions/Issues/Decisions) log from planning workshops and customer meetings
- Assist with creation and review of detailed work instructions as part of the Services Process Guides for service staff to complete work
- Develop and maintain a library of processes and reference materials using standard and consistent templates
- Participate in testing and create business readiness customer-facing presentation
