Summary: The Enterprise IT Network Manager position is responsible for overseeing the enterprise network environment and all related technologies within the city. This position is responsible for the development and management of the enterprise LAN, WAN, Optical Network, VOIP, and ISP’s. This position will manage and coordinate these activities to create a seamless networking services experience for the City of Raleigh. The Enterprise IT Network Manager is a direct report to the Chief Technology Officer for the City of Raleigh Information Technology Department. The IT Department plays a major role in the City's recognition for innovation. The department has recently won the following awards: • 2019 Drexel LeBow Analytics 50 Award for analytics innovation • 2019 IDC Smart Cities North America Award for Urban Planning and Land Use Raleigh is recognized frequently in the national media for a variety of measures of the health of our community.
