Resources – we’d want engineers that have very good to expert experience in the lab space (GLP/GCLP, GMP labs) as well as in the R&D space to support a wide range of systems/technologies. Here are some bullet items we’re thinking about in terms of roles:
We’re looking for the engineers to be the primary validation resource to work with the business owner/vendor/other internal IT resources and Quality to exercise the validation process for new systems and operational changes to existing systems
The engineers should all report into the Lead/PM, and that PM will interface directly with either myself or someone from the end client
The Lead will manage/coordinate/schedule/provide reports, metrics, etc
