Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Lansing, MI (onsite)

Duration: Long Term

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Automating Building of Application code using Build Pipeline in Azure DevOps (formerly TFS)
  • Troubleshoot Applications and Infrastructure resources hosted in Azure
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code for Cloud, using Automation Tools like ServiceNow
  • Support all Cloud Resources in Azure
  • Automating Deployment of Application Code using tools Like Octopus Deploy Orchestration and Octopus
  • All Cloud Initiatives the company is looking to implement or integrate to in the future Develop monitors and alerts for errors and performance
  • Develop and manage CI/CD process for different types of application and automate as many processes as possible
  • Work in an Agile environment to support individuals on proper DevOps practices
  • Manage and support customer environments in Microsoft Azure cloud
  • Manage the full release process
  • Support development teams in technical questions of continuous integration/continuous delivery, delivery organizations
  • Consult customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scalingDevelop, implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline to system integration environment

 

Requirements:

 

  • Expert skills with PowerShell scripting and reading/analyzing Web technologies such as JSON, HTML, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, etc
  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
  • Working experience with federated IdP (okta preferred)Experience working with Okta and/or CyberArk preferred
  • 5+ years' experience working in Automation and DevOps
  • Experience in successfully deploying Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done
  • Strong experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems
  • Strong understanding of cloud, automation, and infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Cloud and Automation
  • Self-starter, motivator, and ability to work within a Team and solo
