Title: Administrative Functional Support Description: Managing daily cash applications tasks including, but not limited to, posting transactions in the ERP, tracking, reporting, and communication with internal and external key players. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below: You have an eye for detail and enjoy problem solving. Required skills to have for the success of this role: Experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or general finance.
Adhere to the processes in place to ensure audit compliance.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks to ensure application accuracy.
Credit Card processing and reconciliation.
Issue resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
You are looking to expand your knowledge of financial functions.
You have experience in Oracle or other ERP systems.
You can pivot responsibilities based on business needs.
You are innovative and have a positive mindset.
Ability to work as an individual and in a team setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
